The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to be the first Z Flip device to employ an internal Exynos chipset, as of right now. The same processor will probably be used by the rumored Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE if it materializes.
Supporting 16-bit quad-channel LPDDR5X memory, the Exynos 2500 can process data at a rate of roughly 9.6 Gbps. Naturally, UFS 4.X storage compatibility is also included. A 1.3GHz Samsung Xclipse 950 GPU (AMD RDNA3.5 Base Custom 8WGP) is the onboard GPU.
Based on past performance, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Z Flip 7 FE are anticipated to be released in July 2025.
Additionally, there is an inbuilt NPU with 56 TOPs of performance. Up to 320MP of resolution is supported by the onboard ISP, which can also record and decode 8K videos at 30 frames per second and 60 frames per second.
